Vinyasa yoga is considered to be a wider approach to yoga which covers almost all forms and techniques of yoga. The Sanskrit word 'Vinyasa' is referred as 'arrangement'. Vinyasa Yoga TTC are designed in accordance with the guidelines from Yoga Alliance USA. We offer different duration training programs. The basic training starts from 200 hours Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and goes up to 300 Hours YTT, 500 hours YTT . There are classes six days in a week and it stretches for 8 to 9 hours every day with breaks for food, self study and other karma (jobs). Each of these YTT programs is 100% residential and is spread as per the training requirements of the sessions. After successful completion of the program individuals receive Yoga Alliance USA accredited certification that enables them to pursue a career as a certified Yoga Teacher.
